Q: What services does the Carddass Club offer?

A: Those registered with the Carddass Club can apply to our campaigns, apply to our official events, enter serial numbers, search for authorized stores, etc. with the services offered.
You can signup for the Carddass Club here.
Corporate members are provided with services such as application and confirmation for official tournaments, and confirmation of tournament prizes.
*Only corporations can register as corporate members. Carddass Club corporate membership is required to apply to hold official tournaments.
Q: Does membership have an expiration date?
- A: Registered Members who do not log in for one consecutive year will automatically lose the membership status and all data will be deleted.
Q: Are there any requirements to become a Carddass Club member?
- A: You can register to become a Carddass Club member if you have an address in Japan where we can contact you by mail or email.
Q: Is there an age limit for Carddass Club membership?
- A: There is no age limit.
Q: Where can I inquire about Carddass Club?

A: We accept inquiries by email.
Please fill out the inquiry form and submit it.
We will respond to you via email at the address you registered with Carddass Club at a later date.
Q: Is there a membership fee?

A: No. There are no registration fees, annual fees, or other costs associated with Carddass Club.
If there are any paid campaigns or promotional materials, we will notify you separately.

Q: How do I register for a Carddass Club membership?
- A: To register as a new member of Carddass Club click here and follow the instructions on the screen. If you are a corporation, please apply for membership from this page.

Q: What is a BNID?
- A: To learn more about the BNID (Bandai Namco ID), please visit this page.
Q: I forgot my BNID or password.
- A: To learn more about the BNID (Bandai Namco ID), and password, please visit this page.
Q: I'm unable to log in.

A: Are you sure you entered your BNID and password correctly?
Please check again to make sure that the BNID and password you entered are correct.
Q: I want to change my password.
- A: To change your BNID password, please visit this page.
Q: What does it mean by "login"?

A: Login is a procedure that members of Carddass Club use to access individual services using their BNID.
Once you log in, you will be taken to your personal page, where you can apply for events and campaigns, change your member information, and perform other procedures.
・About the Search for Stores Service
Q: What does “Search for stores holding official tournaments” do?

A: You can search for stores that are registered with Carddass Club and plan to hold official tournaments.
You can also check information about upcoming official tournaments.
・About "Following" a Store
Q: What does "Following" a store do?

A: By “following” a store, information about official tournaments held by that store will be displayed on the top page.
Search for stores holding official tournaments, click “Follow” on each store's page, and you will be able to follow that store.
Q: Tournament information for stores I selected to follow is not displayed on the top page.

A: Official tournament information for stores a member follows will only be displayed for titles selected as “Titles you are playing” by the member.
Please check the “Titles you are playing” settings on this page.
・About Cancelling a Membership
Q: I want to end my Carddass Club membership.

A: Please follow the instructions on the screen to cancel your membership.
*Unlike BNID membership cancellation, this will result in cancellation of the Carddass Club service only.
*Please note that it may take some time to stop delivery of the email newsletter, and you may receive several newsletters before delivery is stopped.
We appreciate your understanding in advance.
Q: What happens to events and campaigns I have applied for if I cancel my Carddass Club membership?

A: Data for users who have canceled their Carddass membership will be deleted.
Deleted data cannot be reissued or reused.
Any rights to campaigns or events entered before cancellation will also be forfeited.
In addition, serial numbers used for point registration before cancellation cannot be used again.
Please note that cancellation of membership cannot be reversed.
