Q: Is there a membership fee?

A: No. There are no registration fees, annual fees, or other costs associated with Carddass Club.

Q: What does it mean by "login"?

A: Login is a procedure that members of Carddass Club use to access individual services using their BNID.
Once you log in, you will be taken to your personal page, where you can apply for campaigns, change your member information, and perform other procedures.
・About Cancelling a Membership
Q: I want to end my Carddass Club membership.

A: Please follow the instructions on the screen to cancel your membership.
*Unlike BNID membership cancellation, this will result in cancellation of the Carddass Club service only.
*Please note that it may take some time to stop delivery of the email newsletter, and you may receive several newsletters before delivery is stopped.
We appreciate your understanding in advance.
Q: What happens to campaigns I have applied for if I cancel my Carddass Club membership?

A: Data for users who have canceled their Carddass membership will be deleted.
Deleted data cannot be reissued or reused.
Any rights to campaigns entered before cancellation will also be forfeited.
In addition, serial numbers used for point registration before cancellation cannot be used again.
Please note that cancellation of membership cannot be reversed.
